This site is for people who are passionate about the Arts & Crafts style and especially those who love to design and build their own pieces. All during the period and the revival, some artists and builders have been creating their own furniture by faithfully reproducing the designs of the masters. Others have taken the principals of the style and created their own interpretations. Sometimes in a very traditional Morris Chair and sometimes in an oriental influenced sideboard.
Our intention is to build a community of designers and builders to advance the art and craft. We invite anyone that is interested to become a member by registering. All members are invited to participate: Click Thumbnail

Dovetail Antiques Comes Through |
|
I've just had the pleasure of doing business with John Mathews from Dovetail antiques. John has chosen and excellent line of products. To me, each one of artists represent the best of the art form. They all produce beautiful expressions incorporating traditional design features with their own creative ideas. Dovetail Antiques
I had neglected to get a present for my wife and her birthday was two days away. When I called John, he understood the jam I was in and carefully worked out a way to quick ship a lovely piece of Ephraim pottery. If you appreciate the finest of the style look through his web site dovetailantiques.com
- Ephraim Faience Pottery
- Laura Wilder Prints

John is also planning new lines for his store including:
- Antique Furniture
